Our test uses a microchip-based workflow with a very small blood sample — typically a few drops from a finger prick.
Each microarray slide is scanned using high-resolution laser systems designed to help deliver consistent, high-quality data.
We analyze reactions across a wide range of foods using modern microarray technology with efficiency and accuracy.
Place your order online and we’ll ship your sample collection kit directly to your address — usually within a few days.
Follow the included instructions to collect your small blood sample at home. Use the prepaid envelope to return it to our lab.
Within 7–10 days, you’ll receive a personalized report that may help you identify possible food-related sensitivities.
Access your results, learn which foods may not suit you, scan product labels, and get AI-assisted guidance—all in one secure place.

Pinnertest is a laboratory-based IgG food sensitivity test that uses microarray technology to measure immune responses to many different foods from a small at-home finger-prick blood sample. The aim is to give you structured information that you can use, with professional guidance, when exploring whether certain foods may be linked to everyday, non-emergency symptoms.
Food sensitivity (sometimes called food intolerance) is not the same as a classic food allergy. A food allergy usually involves an immediate immune reaction (often IgE), which can cause fast and sometimes serious symptoms such as hives, swelling, trouble breathing or anaphylaxis. These situations require urgent medical care.
Food sensitivity, by contrast, is usually delayed and more subtle. Symptoms may appear hours or even days after eating a particular food and can include bloating, digestive discomfort, headaches, low energy, brain fog or general “not feeling like yourself”. Pinnertest focuses on this delayed type of response by measuring IgG antibodies to a wide panel of foods.
Many people use Pinnertest results as a roadmap for a trial elimination or rotation plan. By temporarily reducing or removing foods that show higher IgG reactivity and then carefully reintroducing them, you and your practitioner can observe how your body responds and whether symptoms change.
For best results, we recommend working with a qualified healthcare professional, nutritionist or dietitian who can help you apply the report while keeping your diet balanced and appropriate for your personal health situation.
If you have known or suspected food allergies, serious symptoms or rapidly changing health concerns, always consult a doctor or allergist first. Pinnertest is designed to complement, not replace, professional medical care.
