Received my results for my @pinnertestusa food intolerance test. Luckily I am not intolerant to eggs however it's a major disappointment to find out that I have a low reaction to cows milk and a moderate reaction to soybeans. Both highly utilized in my diet especially cows milk. So now I have to learn to try and cut some of that out and see if it has anything to do with my lifelong issue with eczema.
This @pinnertestusa #foodintolerance test is my idea of heaven!!! I am fascinated by how different foods react with the way I feel physically and mentally and the last time I did a #foodintolerance test I discovered I was intolerant to lettuce!!!!! Which, after having consumed salads for pretty much most of my life was a real shock! I haven't touched it since and swap it for fresh spinach instead!

I've been having some issues with my energy levels lately and I couldn't figure out why. I eat clean, exercise regularly, sleep 8 hours a night, and I'm still groggy at times. Hiii folks! Man oh man it's been crazy, hence why I've been absent on here. Y'all, if you know me you know that I'm all about reading food labels & finding out what's in my food. #alwaysthelasttoorder ✌🏼️with hypoglycemia, I was already used to checking my blood sugar, so this time, I took an intolerance test with @pinnertestusa & hello foooood shock. If you missed it on my story, over Christmas I went to the hospital for a bad allergic reaction and still have no idea what caused it. Which is why I'm SO excited to get my Pinner Test results and see what's going on with my body!

Well, I got the results back πŸ™Š I was a little surprised at first reading my report, but had to remind myself that it could have been way worse! Like being intolerant to avocados or something. (Whoever has an intolerance to avocado, BLESS YOU. I'm so sorry 😭)
